Mr and Mrs Mehanna have brought their 9 year old daughter, Aicha, to their GP. They have a letter from school which Aicha brought home the previous day, regarding an outbreak of Rubella. Mr Mehanna tells the GP that Aicha has a rash and has been in contact with her Aunt Fatima, who is pregnant.
Fatima has accompanied the family to the surgery and has remained in the waiting room. Mr and Mrs Mehanna seem quite concerned about the letter from school.
