Physical examination observations

  • well looking and active infant.
  • no residual jaundice.
  • weight 3.78kg (50th percentile).
  • length 53.5cm (50th percentile).
  • head circumference 35.8cm (50th percentile).
  • general physical examination is entirely normal.
  • primitive reflexes including suck, grasp, stepping, and Moro also normal.
  • fixes intently on her mother's face.
  • stops moving momentarily when exposed to sudden moderately loud sound.
